Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at crossofgrace7@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
All returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for all return-related shipping costs.
This includes:
- Return shipping of the item
- Shipping costs already incurred for fulfilled or dispatched orders (non-refundable)
- Customs duties, taxes, and any additional handling fees (if applicable)
Returns & Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos or a short video of the item and packaging to verify the issue before offering a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
