Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns due to personal reasons, including change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, are accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or a short video of the item and its packaging so we can verify the issue.

Once approved, Cross of Grace will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Customers are not required to return the original item and may keep it.

The replacement may be the same item originally purchased or another item selected by the customer, subject to availability. If a different item is chosen, any price difference will be charged or refunded based on the current selling price.

One-Year Replacement Guarantee

We offer a one-year replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue within one year of receiving your order, please contact us with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

After verification and approval, Cross of Grace will provide one complimentary replacement.

Each order is eligible for one complimentary replacement under this guarantee. Customers are not required to return the original item and may keep it.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or misuse.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and additional handling fees are also non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws, including the 14-day cooling-off period, will be respected.
